If you’re looking for a smoothie that is literally perfect, full of fruits and vegetables as well as zero fat and all-natural ingredients, look no further. I have been making this smoothie for years and I can’t even begin to tell you how good for you it is. With so much fiber, vitamins, phytonutrients, antioxidants, it’s a great way to break your fast and start your day. I do add collagen powder to it for added protein but this is completely optional.
Ingredients:
- 2 small apples or 1 large apple
- 1 banana
- 1.5 cups mixed frozen berries or frozen fruit mix of your choice
- 12 oz coconut water
- 2 handfuls of power greens or spinach
Instructions
- Blend everything in a high power blender until smooth
- Add collagen powder if desired for added protein
